ORDERING INFORMATION:

PHONE ORDERS: For easy ordering and fast delivery, call toll Free 1-800-245-2001, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, eastern standard (or Daylight saving) time. 
FAX ORDERS: type or print clearly the item number, description, quantity, and design number as well as any color, sizing or personalization information. Dial 1-321-777-3284 to order by Fax.
PRODUCTION TIME: Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Standard turnaround time is two weeks.  If you need rush service please inquire with a sales consultant. If for any reason an item is unavailable, you will be notified by phone.
METHOD OF SHIPPING: Unless specified otherwise, all orders in the Continental U.s. are shipped via Fed ex ground. Canadian orders are shipped via Fed ex International (all fees, i.e. brokerage and duty, are the responsibility of the customer).
PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS: Items personalized or custom made will require a signed proof /acknowledgement. this will be sent via fax or email. Your order will be on hold until this is returned with an authorizing signature. a minimum cancellation fee of $25 will apply if order is cancelled after the proof has been sent. a 10% over/under run applies to all personalized or custom orders and is chargeable and invoiced.
SETUPS: setup charges consist of artwork, dies and/or screens required to imprint your item. New setups may be required if the original order is more than two years old. see individual items for set up charges.
SAMPLES: since most items are made to order, we encourage you to sample the item if you are not familiar with it. Prices for samples are minimum quantity price shown plus freight. samples may be returned within 30 days for merchandise credit (see returns).
PRODUCT COLORS: Website photos do not always reproduce colors exactly. If product color is an important issue, please request a sample. Color variances of product & imprint color may occur within an order and on repeat orders. Be aware that these variances of production are beyond our control.

ARTWORK:

VECTOR ART - Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator vector format. Convert all text to outlines. Please save as an EPS or AI file. Embed PMS colors when possible. If a placed/imported Adobe Photoshop type image is necessary, that original file should be included. The Photoshop file (TIF or JPG) should be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher at actual size.

RASTER ART - Please submit artwork in PSD, TIF or JPG formats. Image should be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher at actual size. Layered PSD files are strongly preferred. . If artwork is not print ready we will gladly make it so, billed at our hourly rate of $36. These guidelines apply to all art, including straight line copy. If you're not sure if your artwork is suitable email us what you have and we can let you know what art charges may apply if any.

TERMS: terms are Net ten days with a 1.5% monthly service charge on past due accounts. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Please supply your credit card information at the time you place your order. If you choose to pay a past due invoice with a credit card a service charge of 4% will be added. Prices are subject to change without notice. all merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without an authorization number from customer service. all claims must be made within 30 days.We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund. returns should be made via a traceable shipping method and with proper insurance coverage. Personalized, embroidered or custom orders are not returnable.
